By downloading, installing, or using ReadHer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

ReadHer is a mobile application that:

• Analyzes message conversations from uploaded screenshots.

• Provides relationship insights and advice based on algorithmic analysis.

• Offers subscription-based access to advanced features.

Note: The insights provided by ReadHer are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional relationship counseling.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during account creation.

• Sharing your account credentials may result in account termination.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload screenshots containing explicit or illegal content.

• Share screenshots without the consent of all parties involved.

• Use the App for harassment, fraud, or malicious purposes.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Circumvent the subscription system or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are processed through Superwall.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice.

4.2 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription through your App Store settings.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

• We process and analyze uploaded screenshots to provide insights.

• Screenshots are temporarily stored and permanently deleted after analysis.

• We use third-party services (DeepSeek, Firebase, Superwall) to support the App’s functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by ReadHer and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process them for analysis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the insights provided.

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App’s advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data or privacy breaches beyond our control.

• Actions taken based on the App’s insights.

• Technical issues or service interruptions.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time.

• Update these Terms of Service.

• Change subscription pricing with prior notice.

• Terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• Fail to comply with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.
